Sam Clubb holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and has been working in the social work field for eight years. They strongly believe in building rapport and trust within the therapeutic relationship, walking alongside clients in their personal growth, and serving as an honest sounding board.

Their areas of specialization include working with LGBTQIA+ teens (ages 13+) and adults, as well as trauma processing, depression, anxiety, grief, dissociative identity disorder (DID), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and relationship and family issues.

Sam is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trained in EMDR, and practices with a strength-based focus. As a relational therapist, they draw from different theories to meet their clients’ specific needs and circumstances. These approaches include, but are not limited to, DBT, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Feminist Empowerment, Narrative Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Systemic Therapy.
